General Sir Archibald James Murray GCMG, KCB, CVO, DSO, born 23 April 1860 in Kingsclere, Hampshire, died 21 January 1945 in Reigate, Surrey, was a British Army officer during World War I, most famous for his commanding the Egyptian Expeditionary Force from 1916 to 1917.

(born 24 April 1870 in Nuremberg; died 16 October 1948 in Munich) was a German General of the Artillery and member of the Offizier Corps what the Ottoman Army trained and led during World War I.
