Naval man killed Naval Man Killed

Owing to the skidding and collision of two motor-cycles at Weymouth, Leading-Telegraphist C. P. Bellingham, of the battleship Emperor of India, was killed, and two other men from the same ship, engine-room artificers A. W. Forbes and J. Proctor, were seriously injured.

Cecil Percival Bellingham was born on 07 September 1908 in Camberley, Surrey, England. His Parents were Percival and Eleanor Bellingham. He died on 05 October 1930 and was burried in the Naval Cemetry in Portland, Dorset, England.
