She was married to Cecil Fabian Brackenbury in Emmanuel, West Dulwich, Lambeth, England on 09 October 1915. She resided with her husband at High Street, Mitchell Houses, Chesterton, Cambridgeshire, England in 1939.
Lady Ethel Selina H. Brackenbury died on 11 May 1976 and was buried in Cambridgeshire, England on 17 May 1976.
