Augustin Brauer Augustin Brauer, born abt. 1835 in Prussia. Married Anna Brauer (nee ?), born abt. 1831 in Prussia, abt. 1851. Both immigrated to Australia on 17 August 1865. They are mentioned in the passenger list of the ship "Sophie" and were accompanied by their 5 children. Also: Ruth Elisabeth Brauer, born abt. 1865 in Prussia and died on 18 October 1957, aged 86 years. She was married to Franz Pinsker, who was born abt. 1865 and died on 20 October 1949.
