Rose Agnes Hooppell was born on 19 September 1864 and was baptised in the church of St. Hilda in South Shields, Durham, England on 20 April 1865. Her parents were Robert Eli Hooppell and Margaret Hooppell. She died on 22 February 1910 in Kingsbridge, Devon, England and was buried on 01 March 1910.
