An overdose of cocaine
The Rev. Maurice Augustine Moor, acting as locum tense at Corringham, Lincolnshire, died last night from an overdose of cocaine. Deceased became unconscious and died at midnight. The jury today returned a verdict of "Poisoned by cocaine".

Maurice Augustine Moor was baptised in the church of St. Mary in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, England on 27 May 1856. His parents were James Hoare Moor and Emma Jane Moor. His marriage to Florence Julia Hinton was registered in Bridgnorth, Shropshire.
