Agnes Eva Powicke was born in Alnwick, Northumberland, England on 20 July 1884. Her parents were Frederick James Powicke and Martha Powicke, nee Collyer. She was a pupil of the Milton Mount College in Milton, Kent, England. She resided at 11, Ungers Hill Street in Blackpool, Lancashire, England in 1939. Her occupation was Secondary School Teacher, Subject English. She was unmarried.
