Newspaper Report - Ralph Teasdale Swinburn The Drowning Case at Dunston

Yesterday morning, Coroner John Graham conducted an inquiry at the Police Station, Dunston, into the circumstances attending the death of Ralph Teasdale Swinburn, seven years of age, who was drowned in the Teams Gut, near Dunston, on Tuesday evening. The jury brought in a verdict of "Accidentally drowned".

Ralph Teasdale Swinburn was the son of Robert and Hannah Swinburn, nee Thirlaway.
