John Locke Lovibond was born in Greenwich, Kent, England on 01 January 1874. His parents were Thomas Watson Lovibond and Charlotte Lovibond, nee Kiddle. He was married to Margery Christian Mary Robson in Bellingham, Northumberland, England on 04 January 1905. Following children of the couple are known: Margery Robson Lovibond (1905-1963), John Locke Lovibond (1907-1954), and Thomas Robson Lovibond (1910-1944). John Locke Lovibond died in Hexham, Northumberland, England on 22 May 1928.

Margery Christian Mary Robson was born in Byrness Otterburn, Northumberland, England on 10 July 1869. Her Parents were John and Jane Robson, nee Dixon. She died in Northumberland, England on 19 May 1963.

Thomas Robson Lovibond was born in Acomb, Northumberland, England abt. 1910 and was killed in action in France on 08 August 1944 and is mentioned on the Bayeux Memorial, France.
