aged 69 years.

Isabella,
wife of the above, who died
September 19th 1841, aged 71 years.

Also of Robert, second son of the above,
who died at Lee Moor August 4th 1875,
aged 75 years.

Jane Harper, niece of the above
William and Isabella Straughan,
who died at Lee Moor January 16th 1871,
aged 71 years.

William Straughan was baptised in Long Houghton, Northumberland, England on 05 July 1772. His parents were John and Mary Straughan, nee Davison. He was married to Isabella Allison in Embleton, Northumberland, England on 27 December 1796. Following children of the couple are known: John (1798-1878), Robert (1800-1875), and William (1803-1865).

Isabella Straughan, nee Allison, was born in Lee Moor, Northumberland, England in 1771. She was the daughter of Robert Allison.

Robert Straughan was born on 18 May 1800 and was baptised in Rennington, Northumberland, England on 19 May 1800.
