Memorial panel 01 To the honoured memory of
Castle Bolton men, who gave their lives for their
country during the World, Great War, 1914 - 1918.
Robert Henry Lambert, K. R. R. Regt.
fell on the Somme, Sept. 15th 1916, aged 21.

John Fawcett, 8th West Yorks Regt.
fell in France, June 16th 1917, aged 37.

Fred Kilding Shields, 8th West Yorks Regt.
fell in Belgium, Sept. 29th 1917, aged 21.

Thomas Storey, K. R. R. Regt.
fell in France, March 21st 1918, aged 24.

Fred Lealman, 1/5th Yorks Regt.
fell in France, N. W. Merville, April 19th 1918, aged 29

George Beckwith, D. of W. Regt.
died of wounds March 30th 1918, aged 19.
