who passed away

aged 44 years.
Interred in Kingston S. Mary Churchyard.
Had he asked us well we know
We should cry "Oh spare this blow!"
Yes, with streaming eyes should pray,
Lord, we love her, let her stay."
But the Lord doth nought amiss,
And since he hath ordered this,
We have nought to do but still
Rest in silence on his will.
"Thy will be done."
