Margaret Gebbie

Memorial Card - Margaret Gebbie In Loving Memory of

Margaret Gebbie,

widow of Albert Henderson
who died at Burns Avenue, Kilmarnock, on
Thursday, 20th February, 1913,
aged 71 years.
Memorial Card - Margaret Gebbie The Lord's my shepherd, I'll not want,
He makes me down to lie
In pastures green: He landeth me
The quiet waters by.

My soul he doth restore again:
And me to walk doth make
Within the paths of righteousness,
Ev'n for his own name's sake.

Yea, though I walk in death's dark vale,
Yet, will I fear none ill,
For thou art with me: and thy rod
And staff me comfort still.

My table thou has furnished
In presence of my foes;
My head thou dost with oil anoint,
And my cup overflows.

Goodness and mercy all my life
Shall surely follow me:
And in God's house for evermore
My dwelling-place shall be.

Robert Murdoch Gebbie

Memorial Card - Robert Murdoch Gebbie In Loving Memory of

Robert Murdoch Gebbie,

(Beloved husband of Mary Retson)
who died on Thursday, 22nd June, 1916,
aged 59 years.

Craigmill, Ellis Street, Kilmarnock
Memorial Card - Robert Murdoch Gebbie Rest, weary heart,
From all thy silent griefs and secret pains,
Thy profitless regrets and longings vain.
Wisdom and love have ordered all the past;
All shall be blessedness and joy at last.
Cast off the cares that have so long oppressed -
Rest, sweetly rest.
